Many families lost their properties as well as some of their agricultural business endeavors. For this reason, the local government is looking for the best NGO group that would come up the best magazine that can eventually put Ormoc City in the global market as one of the best cities to visit. With this program, Ormoc City can regain its loss from the tragic incidence. The NGO should be composed of 6 members who are experts in the field of history, photography, ecology, statistics, travel and publishing. Thus, they are historians, photographer, environmentalist, statisticians, tourist's guide and magazine editor. <I>This group will work together to come up ideas to make Ormoc City one of the best tourist spots in the Philippines. </I></div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
